1. البائع

2. المنتجات والأسعار
المنتجات برامج رقمية تعمل في المتصفح، وتُباع على شكل رخص استخدام. الأسعار بالريال السعودي، والمبلغ المعروض عند الدفع هو المبلغ النهائي.

3. أنواع الرخص
- تجربة مجانية: 7 أيام على جهاز واحد، مرة واحدة لكل جهاز، دون دفع.
- ترخيص دائم: دفعة واحدة، ولا ينتهي. يشمل الإصدار الحالي من البرنامج.
- مع التحديثات (سنوي): صالح 365 يومًا ويشمل كل التحديثات خلالها. لا يتجدد تلقائيًا؛ يمكنك تجديده يدويًا بنفس المفتاح.
- رخص المؤسسات: تُصدر باسم الجهة، ويظهر الاسم داخل البرنامج وعلى المستندات، ولا يمكن تعديله من الجهاز.
4. الأجهزة والتفعيل
تعمل الرخصة على عدد الأجهزة المحدد عند الشراء. يُفعَّل البرنامج بإدخال مفتاح الترخيص، ويرتبط بالجهاز. يتحقق البرنامج من الرخصة دوريًا، ويعمل دون إنترنت حتى 30 يومًا بين كل تحقق وآخر. يمكنك إلغاء تفعيل جهاز لتحرير مكانه.
5. التسليم
التسليم رقمي وفوري: يظهر مفتاح الترخيص في صفحة نجاح الدفع مباشرة، ويتفعّل داخل البرنامج. لا توجد شحنات مادية.
6. الاستخدام المسموح
- الرخصة شخصية أو للجهة المسجّلة، ولا يجوز بيعها أو تأجيرها أو مشاركة المفتاح خارجها.
- لا يجوز فك حماية البرنامج أو تعديله أو إعادة توزيعه أو نسخه للغير.
- يحق لنا إيقاف أي رخصة تُستخدم بما يخالف هذه الشروط.
7. خدمات غير مشمولة
لا تشمل الرخصة: استضافة البرنامج على موقع العميل أو خوادمه، أو تحويله إلى تطبيق جوال، أو التخصيص بتعديلات متعددة. هذه الخدمات متاحة بعرض سعر منفصل عند الطلب.
8. البيانات
بيانات عملك تُحفظ على جهازك داخل البرنامج، وأنت مسؤول عن حفظ نسخ احتياطية منها. انظر سياسة الخصوصية.
9. الضمان والمسؤولية
تُقدّم البرامج «كما هي». ننصح بتجربة البرنامج مجانًا قبل الشراء. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام البرنامج، وفي جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا المبلغ المدفوع للرخصة.
10. الاسترجاع والإلغاء
الرخص منتجات رقمية تُسلَّم فورًا، لذلك البيع نهائي بعد الشراء، مع تجربة مجانية 7 أيام قبله، باستثناء الخصم المكرر أو عدم تسليم المفتاح. التفاصيل في سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء.
11. النظام المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية.

1. Seller
This website (stepfwd100.com) offers the EXPRESS apps owned by Hassan Alfaifi, a freelancer in Saudi Arabia, Freelance Work Document No. FL-256125011. Contact: aboanas990@gmail.com.
2. Products and prices
The products are digital software that runs in the browser, sold as usage licences. Prices are in Saudi riyals, and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount.

Each extra device: 30% of the lifetime price, or 35% of the "with updates" price. See the full price list.
3. Licence types
- Free trial: 7 days on one device, once per device, no payment.
- Lifetime licence: one payment, never expires. Includes the current version of the app.
- With updates (yearly): valid for 365 days and includes every update during that time. It does not renew automatically; you can renew it manually on the same key.
- Organisation licences: issued in the organisation's name, which appears inside the app and on its documents and cannot be changed on the device.
4. Devices and activation
A licence works on the number of devices chosen at purchase. The app is activated by entering the licence key and is bound to the device. The app re-checks the licence periodically and works offline for up to 30 days between checks. You can deactivate a device to free its place.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and instant: the licence key is shown on the payment-success page straight away and activates inside the app. Nothing is shipped.
6. Permitted use
- The licence is personal or for the registered organisation; it may not be resold, rented or shared outside it.
- You may not remove the app's protection, modify it, redistribute it or copy it for others.
- We may revoke any licence used in breach of these terms.
7. Services not included
The licence does not include hosting the app on the customer's website or servers, converting it into a mobile app, or customisation with multiple changes. These are available on a separate quote on request.
8. Data
Your work data is stored on your device inside the app, and you are responsible for keeping backups of it. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is". We recommend trying it free before buying. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the software, and in all cases our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the licence.
10. Refunds and cancellation
Licences are digital products delivered instantly, so all sales are final after purchase, with a free 7-day trial beforehand; the only exceptions are duplicate charges or a key that was not delivered. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
